Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered account with okbdt at any given time. If you attempt to open a second account — whether under your own name, a different name, a different email address, or any other method intended to obscure your identity — okbdt reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated from those accounts, and retain any associated balances. Suspected multi-accounting will be investigated and may result in permanent exclusion from the platform.
2.3 Account Information Accuracy
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and current. If your contact details, payment information, or identification documents change, you must update your account promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. okbdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. You must not share your password with any third party. okbdt will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. okbdt is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
Age Restriction and Verification
okbdt operates a strict 18+ policy. Access to real-money casino games, live betting markets, and all financial features of the platform is restricted to adults aged 18 years or older. This is a non-negotiable requirement and is enforced through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that every player must complete before any withdrawal is released.

3.3 Consequences of Underage Access
If at any point okbdt determines that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and the matter will be reviewed by the compliance team. Any deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment method where possible. Winnings generated during a period of underage use will be voided. okbdt cooperates fully with any relevant authority investigating underage gambling.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be funded from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your okbdt account. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources will be returned to the sender, subject to applicable processing fees, and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied for single deposits above ৳50,000. Deposits are credited to your okbdt account balance in real time or within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 4.4 Currency

If a deposit is made from a foreign currency account, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate provided by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction. okbdt does not apply additional currency conversion fees on its side, but third-party processors may charge their own conversion costs.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering
okbdt is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All transactions are monitored by an automated anti-money laundering (AML) system. okbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers an AML review, to delay or suspend withdrawals pending investigation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. Players must not use the okbdt platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes. Any such activity will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a report to the relevant authorities.
Bonuses and Promotions
okbdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on okbdt bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. 5.2 Eligible Games for Wagering

5.3 Bonus Expiry

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing low-risk bets that cover all possible outcomes to meet wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "hedging" or "arbitrage betting"), withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are complete, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. okbdt reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the okbdt platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to use the platform only for its intended purpose — lawful adult entertainment in the form of online casino gaming and sports betting. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to all players at all times.
6.1 Player Obligations
- Use the platform only for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify okbdt immediately of any suspected breach.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbdt platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own details or using falsified information.
- Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
- Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or platform glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style formats.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on payment transactions.
- Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward okbdt staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
- Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without meaningful gaming activity.
Account Suspension and Closure
okbdt reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, misrepresented their identity or eligibility, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulation.
7.1 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your okbdt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Before processing an account closure, okbdt will confirm your identity and ensure that any pending withdrawal requests are processed to your verified payment method. The closure process is completed within 3 business days of a verified request. Please note that a voluntarily closed account cannot be reopened once the closure is confirmed. 7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to exclude themselves from the okbdt platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. 7.3 Account Closure by okbdt
Where okbdt closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation determines that no fraudulent or prohibited activity occurred, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days. Where the investigation confirms a breach, okbdt reserves the right to forfeit the balance in whole or in part, proportionate to the nature and scale of the breach.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbdt's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, or from the use of or inability to use the platform, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The okbdt platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbdt makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and, in the case of live casino products, by physical game events in monitored studio environments. okbdt does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager.
8.2 Force Majeure
okbdt shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government or regulatory authority, power failures, internet service provider outages, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or any other event constituting force majeure. In such circumstances, okbdt will restore services as promptly as practicable and will communicate the situation to players via available channels.
8.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited on the platform. okbdt does not provide any guarantee of winnings. Any decision to place a wager is made voluntarily by you, and okbdt is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your wagering activity. 8.4 Third-Party Services
